David Dick – Partner, Loan Originator, Client Relations

David started his full time real estate investing career by joining Regent Partners in 1990 with the primary responsibility for joint venture negotiations and deal analysis. David specialized in the acquisition and investment of retail, assisted living, multifamily, residential, land and office properties totaling more than $250,000,000 in funding.

For the past ten years, David has been making private money loans investors (known in the industry as Hard Money Loans) to investors for residential and small commercial real estate projects. David has originated over 1500 loans to investors who rehabilitate properties and communities in the Atlanta Area. Upon starting Atlanta Home Providers, David has been involved in capital formation, foreclosure aquisitions, financial analysis and disposition of inventory. David is a native of Chattanooga, Tennessee and a 1976 graduate of the University of Georgia where he earned a degree in General Business. He received his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) license in 1992, which exemplifies the highest designation in commercial real estate investment analysis. In addition, he is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Georgia.

Jim Cantrell – Partner, Sales Manager and Operations

Jim began his real estate career as a GA registered residential appraiser and started investing in the Atlanta real estate market in the early 90’s. Over the past 20 years, Jim has built and/or renovated more than 125 houses.

As a licensed builder and real estate agent, Jim manages the purchase, construction and sales for Atlanta Home Providers, LLC. In addition, Jim is a foreclosure specialist that has been buying, renovating, renting and selling foreclosure properties that were purchased on the courthouse steps and the general marketplace. Jim is nearly a native of Atlanta (a transplant at age 3) and a graduate of GA State University with a business degree majoring in finance.

Andy Ritan – Property Management

Andy began managing single family homes in 1997, when he bought distressed properties in emerging neighborhoods for himself as investments. As an investment property owner, Andy began creating a property management process that is effective, efficient and respectful.

Andy is a graduate of Miami University of Ohio and the University of Chicago Divinity School. Andy has served as Hospital Chaplain, Unitarian Minister, LAN/WAN/Voice/Video Engineer and has been successful in Corporate IT Sales. In 2002 he entered the real estate business as a licensee and obtained a broker’s license in 2008. Andy served as president of the Atlanta NARPM chapter in 2009.

Leslie Erickson – Sales and Acquisition

Originally from St. Petersburg, FL, Leslie attended college at Florida State University graduating with degrees in Economics and International Affairs. She moved to Atlanta in 1995 where she worked as a Commercial Property Analyst for 10 years.

Leslie was always attracted to old houses. She bought and renovated several houses before making the move to become a full time real estate agent in 2005. Leslie now works with buyers and sellers and is an accredited relocation specialist.

 

Ben McKenzie – Sales and Acquisition

Ben became a real estate professional in 2005. In that time he has participated in close to 300 transactions, and as part of an invest group, renovated and sold over 20 homes. Ben graduated from Rhodes College in Memphis, TN and is a native of Atlanta.

Ben is an associate broker and works with buyers and sellers in all aspects of the real estate process. Ben has achieved several designations including CSN (Certified Skilled Negotiator), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and hold and is E-Certified (electronic commerce).

Renata Cristi – Leasing Agent

Renata is responsible for showing properties, writing leases, and guiding tenants smoothly through the move-in process. Born in Wisconsin, Renata came to Atlanta by way of Washington, D.C. She holds a B.A. in Sociology with a psychology minor.

 

 

Lindsay Nicolio – Client Relations

Originally from Ashburn, VA, Lindsay has degrees in both marketing and management. Before becoming a real estate agent in 2011, Lindsay enjoyed an extensive career in marketing for the private events industries.

She currently handles all aspects of property management including marketing, rent analysis, and client relations.

 

Christen Faubel – Property Manager

Christen graduated from Georgia State University in 2010 with a B.A. in English. She obtained her real estate license in 2009 and oversees the property management accounting in addition to her other duties. Christen is the office manager.

Willie Middleton – Construction Manager

Willie has been primarily working with investors building and renovating single family homes in East Atlanta. From 2002 to 2006 he owned and operated a fire and water damage restoration business working with insurance companies. Willie worked for the city of Atlanta for eight years, managing the day-to-day construction operations. Willie graduated from the University of Georgia in 1994 in Environmental Management and is a licensed real estate agent.
